European club football data hub
Kickoff Lens is being built as a football data library that continues after the World Cup. This hub is the reader-facing entry point for the UEFA Champions League, Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and Ligue 1 sections.
The football intelligence hub explains how the radar, dossier, squad depth, matchweek, recap, and methodology layers fit together across the whole site.
The data coverage matrix shows what is live, what remains a blueprint, which prototype routes are noindex, and what release gate is required before more club-football pages enter search.
The club-football layer is not a copied fixture directory and it is not an official league product. It is a source-safe framework for club dossiers, matchweek briefs, player context, strength radar, schedule pressure, and post-match recaps.

What readers will get
| Product layer | Reader value | Release status |
|---|---|---|
| Club dossiers | One page per club with style angle, strength radar, squad-depth notes, schedule pressure, source notes, and related matchups. | Noindex prototypes exist; indexable versions wait for source-backed fields. |
| Matchweek briefs | Readable weekly pages that explain fixture congestion, table pressure, rotation, and matchups without copying league fixture databases. | Not generated until fixture ingestion and timestamps are stable. |
| Player context | Role, minutes trend, availability signal, dependency, and tactical fit for club players. | Held until reliable player-source coverage is available. |
| Post-match recaps | Result, tactical change, table implication, event availability, and next-match context. | Planned after club fixture data is reliable. |

Publishing rules
- Club pages stay out of the sitemap until they clear the release gates in the club football methodology.
- Radar language is explained in the football strength radar glossary so readers can understand the axes without guessing.
- Public names are used for factual identification only; no official marks, club crests, kit images, broadcast screenshots, official article copies, livestream hooks, or copied fixture tables are published.
- Every future matchweek page must add original context: schedule pressure, squad availability frame, matchup fit, and source timestamp.
How this fits with the World Cup product
The current World Cup section proves the live-agent-first data model: confirmed results, penalty outcomes, team pages, player pages, venue adaptation, knockout structure, recaps, and source notes. The club-football layer reuses that infrastructure but applies stricter release gates before long-tail pages become indexable.
